The American Agricultural Law Association (AALA) awarded Kutak Rock LLP Partner Brian Buescher with the 2017 Excellence in Agriculture Award for private practice. The award is given to an attorney who has made outstanding contributions to agricultural law, including in providing legal representation. The AALA presented this award to Buescher at its annual educational symposium, held from October 26-27, 2017 in Louisville, Kentucky.
