For the second consecutive year, Benchmark Litigation has recognized Gigi O’Hara as one of its Top 250 Women in Litigation. As an Omaha-based trial attorney with Kutak Rock, O’Hara has successfully defended companies in various employment matters brought in state and federal court across the U.S., including class and collective actions.

The annual Top 250 Women in Litigation list recognizes and honors the achievements of female litigators in a variety of practice areas in the United States. According to Benchmark Litigation, the decision to feature a distinguished female litigator in its Top 250 Women in Litigation publication follows a six-month investigation into the individual litigator’s professional activities and recent case work, as well as client feedback surveys, peer review and individual interviews, all of which culminate in the selection of the country’s most distinguished women in the area of litigation. The women selected by Benchmark Litigation “have earned their place amongst the nation’s leading female litigators by participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients.”

O’Hara is the only Nebraska attorney to be chosen by Benchmark Litigation for the 2017 Top 250 Women in Litigation publication.
