Williams is a partner in the Bankruptcy Group in the firm's Richmond office. He represents both debtors and creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy in federal and state courts, and handles a variety of matters including creditor’s rights litigation, debtor workouts, Chapter 11 reorganizations and contract disputes.
