Kutak Rock LLP once again ranks in the top five nationally in three vital public finance counsel roles, according to mid-year rankings compiled by Thomson Reuters.

The firm is ranked number five bond counsel in the United States, delivering validity opinions for bonds issued by states and local governments in 197 borrowings aggregating in excess of $6.13 billion in principal amount. In addition, the firm is listed fourth for underwriter’s counsel for 136 issues totaling $5.78 billion, and fourth in the country for disclosure counsel with 75 issues in excess of $4.35 billion.
