Kutak Rock is the top bond counsel firm in Colorado, Nebraska and South Dakota according to Thomson Reuters' mid-year rankings. The firm is in the top five in a total of 18 states. The rankings are based on aggregate dollar volume of bond issues completed.

In the first half of 2016 the firm completed $984.5 million in issues in Colorado; $425.5 million in Nebraska; and $99.7 million in South Dakota.
