Mariza McKee Co-Authors EB-5 Securities Law Article, “Visa Backlogs and Redeployment of EB-5 Investor Funds – Securities Law Considerations” for EB5 Investors Magazine

Kutak Rock partner Mariza McKee co-authored "Visa Backlogs and Redeployment of EB-5 Investor Funds – Securities Law Considerations" for the May 24, 2016 edition of EB5 Investors Magazine.

In the article, McKee and co-author Robert Ahrenholz, former Kutak Rock partner and former Assistant Director in the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission, suggest that EB-5 new commercial enterprises should consider carefully the securities law implications of redeployment scenarios when structuring initial investment opportunities for EB-5 investors.
