Mariza McKee presented for an EB-5 Webinar titled "Assessment and Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest" on April 13, 2016.

During the Webinar, presented by Primary Capital, McKee discussed the possible conflict of interest issues that can arise in EB-5 transactions, primarily involving any situation in which a person or entity has an incentive, financial or otherwise, to serve one of its interests to the detriment of another.

McKee, a partner in Kutak Rock's Chicago office, focuses her practice on structuring, negotiating and documenting EB-5 financings. She counsels regional centers, private equity funds, developers, lenders, borrowers and community development agencies that manage or are otherwise involved with domestic and international equity offerings seeking EB-5 investment.
