Kutak Rock attorney John Schembari is quoted in an article published in the February 4, 2016 edition of Westlaw Journal Securities Litigation & Regulation.

The article concerns the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Amgen Inc. et al. v. Harris et al. in which the Court ruled Amgen Inc. employees did not adequately allege the biopharmaceutical developer violated its fiduciary duties by offering its stock to employees when it knew the company was in trouble.
