Ueding provided guidance for new and existing Administration/Fiduciary Committees to identify their roles and understand how to address their responsibilities, including developing annual meeting agendas, incorporating DOL guidance and recent Supreme Court decisions into these agendas, and maintaining ESOP compliance and fiduciary responsibilities.
