Kutak Rock energy attorney Chris Heroux recently completed his second year as an adjunct professor at The University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Heroux most recently taught a 12-week course, “Energy Transactions in the International Arena,” to students in the Masters in Energy Business Program through the Collins College of Business School of Energy, Economics, Policy and Commerce.
Heroux is a partner in the Denver office and has a wide-ranging transactional practice focused in the areas of oil and gas, energy and mining law, representing local, national and international companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, participation and development projects.
