Kutak Rock attorney John Schembari was a keynote speaker at the Plan Sponsor Council of America’s Defined Contribution Plan Conference on April 23, 2015. The conference focused on topics important to defined contribution retirement plan sponsors, fiduciaries, managers and committee members.

Schembari’s presentation, “A View of the Legal Landscape,” discussed recently enacted legislation, regulatory developments and case law impacting sponsors and fiduciaries of defined contribution retirement plans.

Schembari is a partner in the Omaha office of Kutak Rock and serves as chair of the firm’s employee benefits and executive compensation group. He works with private, public and governmental employers on their qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
