Paul Belitz and Brian Caid, partners in the Denver office, were featured in the February 9, 2015 issue of Law Week Colorado in an article about their client’s initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange. STORE Capital Corporation issued 31,625,000 shares of common stock that were sold at $18.50 per share which closed on November 21, 2014.

The relationship with the management team of STORE Capital began in 1980 and has resulted in Kutak Rock being involved in thousands of real estate transactions in all 50 states representing in excess of $10 billion in real estate assets. This is the third initial public offering done by Kutak Rock with this management team. Through the firm’s long relationship with STORE, Kutak Rock has assisted in the financing and acquisition of $2.8 billion in gross investment dollars in the last three years alone.
