Koegen focuses his practice on municipal finance and municipal law. He serves as bond counsel to various governmental entities, including states, cities, counties and districts; underwriters and banks; and colleges and universities. Koegen advises on range of tax, investment, finance and regulatory matters with respect to municipal law. He is admitted to practice in Washington, California, Oregon and Montana. Koegen obtained his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and his B.A. from Gonzaga University.
Edwards advises clients on state and municipal finance transactions. She has significant experience serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank counsel and borrower’s counsel. In addition, she counsels clients on finance, regulatory and general governance matters. Edwards is admitted to practice in Washington and Pennsylvania. She received her J.D. from Case Western University, her M.P.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and her B.S. from Duquesne University.
