Health Care Reform: Final Regulations on Employer Shared Responsibility Provisions—Transitional Relief

The Internal Revenue Service and the Treasury Department have issued Final Regulations relating to the Employer Shared Responsibility provisions of the Affordable Care Act. The Employer Shared Responsibility provisions require applicable large employers to provide health care benefits to full-time employees or risk paying substantial penalties.
