Kutak Rock’s summer associate experience provides law students with an opportunity to become more acquainted with who Kutak Rock is, the clients we serve, and the work we do.

As a summer intern, you will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your knowledge of research, writing, document drafting, and getting important insights into the legal field. Working alongside seasoned lawyers will expose you to a variety of legal topics and teach you how to apply analytical and critical thinking abilities when examining case files and court decisions. From the first day, you will be part of a team working on significant projects for our clients.

Your internship will provide an opportunity to become familiar with our practice groups and receive mentoring and guidance from Kutak Rock’s lawyers, who are invested in your growth and development and will equip you with the skills necessary for a successful legal career.
