Mr. Caskey, who returned to Kutak Rock after serving as in-house counsel to a global internet company, is of counsel in the firm's Technology and Intellectual Property practice group. His practice focuses on intellectual property protection, technology law, commercial transactions, copyrights, IP development and related transactions. His clients range from Fortune 100 companies to start ups; local professional services companies to rock bands and performance venues. With experience as in-house counsel and as a litigator, Mr. Caskey keeps a pragmatic and practical focus on assisting his clients to close deals while minimizing applicable legal, business and economic risks.

  • Complex software and systems integration, including the development and implementation of new technologies, on both revenue and procurement sides of the table.
