In addition to advising clients on a number of general commercial transactions, Bobby's practice focuses on software, hardware and services agreements, including hosted services arrangements, licensing and development contracts, as well as electronic commerce site preparation and development.

Bobby's experience includes arranging and negotiating large-scale technology implementation agreements for local and national companies in the retail, financial services and health care industries. He regularly advises his client’s internal business and contract procurement teams on nuanced issues relating to information technology law including data and intellectual property protection, use of open source software and regulatory compliance.

Bobby’s experience also includes serving in an interim in-house counsel role.  He understands the landscape in which in-house counsel manage their client’s business and legal interests and provides his clients practical and effective legal direction in the deal negotiation and risk analysis process.
