Kutak Rock works with tribes, tribal entities, their business partners and lenders to develop financing structures that meet the needs of tribal governments.  We routinely advise on tribal transactions involving taxable and tax-exempt debt issuances, including loans and securities offerings.  Such transactions have financed a wide variety of tribal improvements, including infrastructure, housing, educational facilities, health clinics, administration buildings, casinos and casino expansions, golf courses, conference centers and hotels.  These projects provide essential revenue and services for tribes and their members.

In addition to providing advice regarding financing matters, we also work closely with tribal clients to achieve economic development goals, including the construction, expansion and operation of Indian gaming facilities.
