Keith assists a variety of clients with complex financial transactions, including those incorporating public and private financings involving tax-exempt bonds, low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and federal new markets tax credits (NMTC). He serves in a variety of counsel roles for all types of affordable multifamily housing financings and as counsel for affordable housing lenders, developers, housing authorities and tax credit investors. He has also assisted lenders on mortgage loans secured by multifamily mixed-use, office and retail developments, and hotel projects.
