Rebecca L. Wilson

Rebecca currently divides her practice into three broad areas: the defense of real estate clients against a broad range of violations claims, the defense of municipalities in claims of civil rights violations, and most recently in handling appellate matters brought in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

After a first career in the culinary field, Rebecca entered the practice of law, honing her skills first in Massachusetts in the personal injury/medical malpractice arena and representing social security disability claimants. After relocating to the West Coast in 2008, in addition to raising her family, Rebecca began representation of mortgage lenders, mortgage loan servicers, and investors in lawsuits brought in federal courts, including the United States District Courts in California and United States Bankruptcy Courts in California, as well as in California state courts. In addition, she also has broad experience handling civil litigation involving business, commercial, and municipal law matters.
