Echo's litigation practice includes contract disputes, settlement of contentious closely held corporate shareholder disputes, insurance defense, construction defect matters, real estate disputes, creditors’ rights, trademark infringement, Qui Tam, and general commercial matters. Her experience involving employment law includes employer and employee representation, the Arizona Wage Act, FLSA overtime wage disputes, and government entity personnel and retirement plan matters. 

Additionally, Echo has experience with insurance coverage matters, providing coverage opinions in general commercial liability matters. She also engages in provisional remedies and post-judgment collection efforts on behalf of clients, including earnings and non-earnings garnishments, judgment debtor’s examinations, and charging orders. 

Echo's experience includes aiding in the compilation of a Human Resource Arizona employment law compendium, as well as publication in the ABA Journal’s Ninth Circuit employment law case summaries.
