In addition, Doug regularly counsels clients in the powersports industry in dealer disputes and on issues regarding compliance with state dealership laws including dealer terminations, siting of new dealerships, and sales-incentive programs, among others.
Before joining Kutak Rock, Doug represented individuals in medical malpractice and pharmaceutical products liability matters for a large Minneapolis-based firm.
