Jessica focused her practice on employment, constitutional law, tort and criminal defense. She also practices immigration law and assists clients with preparing employment based H-1B and other non-immigrant visa petitions, family-based sponsorship petitions, preparing and filing PERM labor certifications, and filing Lawful Permanent Resident (green card) applications.
