Rebecca A. Marron


Rebecca is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group. Her practice focuses on communications and technology law, entertainment and music law, electronic discovery issues, intellectual property, antitrust and other commercial litigation, and general corporate transactions. 

As a part of Rebecca’s technology transactions practice, she advises technology-based companies and other for-profit and non-profit entities on how to protect assets and allocate risk in their relationships with technology vendors and service providers in order to best meet the client’s specific business needs and plan. Rebecca drafts and negotiates a wide variety of technology and service-related agreements on behalf of clients, including agreements for software licenses and support, consulting services, professional services, the purchase of goods and services, Software as a Service, hardware purchase and support, underground utility locating and marking services, utility facility relocations, use of musical compositions and recordings, website hosting, and a wide variety of other service and technology-related needs. 

Rebecca’s practice also includes advising clients and providing services on records management and e-discovery issues that arise in connection with litigation.
