Patricia has extensive experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credits, the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and a variety of state and local tax credit programs. These transactions typically involve layered financings with various combinations of federally insured loans, state agency loans, loans from municipalities and local housing authorities, tax increment and tax credit equity and other grants and loans.
Patricia represents institutional lenders, domestic and foreign banks, credit enhancers, equity providers, joint ventures, public and private partnerships, business corporations and governmental entities. She also has experience representing national and regional lenders and developers in multistate real estate-secured transactions, leasing agreements and environmental compliance and diligence.
