Samantha has defended individual and class action lawsuits involving contracts, deceptive trade practices, regulatory and statutory violations, intentional torts, negligence, and default judgments. She has experience counseling clients on proactive risk management strategies, handling government investigations, and conducting pre-suit corporate compliance investigations. She also has experience drafting arbitration agreements, working to enforce them, and representing clients in arbitration.

Samantha’s appellate practice encompasses crafting legal arguments at the trial court level, consulting on trial strategy, assisting with post-trial motions, advising clients on the likelihood of success on appeal, and drafting appeal briefs, motions and petitions.

She has extensive experience with all types of claims involving nursing homes and long-term care facilities and has successfully handled matters involving general commercial litigation, product liability and defect, and employment.

Samantha has significant appellate law experience and has successfully obtained positive results on appeals in state and federal court.
