Bailey’s employment litigation practice involves defending employers against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge claims under state and federal law. Bailey also defends employers against charges of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state fair employment agencies.
Bailey has experience drafting a variety of employment-related documents, including employment agreements and employee handbooks.
