Peter N. Kessler

Peter has extensive experience litigating a variety of complex business issues.

Peter’s past engagements have included the successful resolution of commercial disputes, fraud claims, partnership disputes, securities class actions, and SEC/FINRA matters. He has represented banks, large businesses, small businesses, hedge funds, developers, broker-dealers and private individuals.

Peter’s representations are tailored to the needs of his clients. While he has taken cases through to successful trial and thereafter appeal, where appropriate, Peter also has obtained successful resolution in the early stages of his cases and has at times avoided litigation altogether.
