John Mark’s practice focuses on prosecuting and defending complex litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the country. In addition to being an attorney, John Mark is the Mayor of Laguna Niguel, California and serves on multiple local and regional boards and commissions.

John Mark is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on prosecuting and defending complex business litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country. He represents clients in matters relating to complex business and governmental torts including financial services, intellectual property disputes, contract disputes, general liability issues, land use issues, healthcare issues, class actions, lender liability claims, commercial and personal lending practices, corporate director and officer litigation, premises liability, insolvency litigation, Small Business Administration lending, and unfair competition claims.

In addition to his work as an attorney, John Mark is the Mayor of Laguna Niguel, California; Chairman of the Association of California Cities - Orange County Homelessness Task Force; Director for the Pacific Symphony; and Trustee for the Orange County Vector Control Board.
