Yosef has successfully defended both private and public entities in high-exposure litigation against a variety of employment, tort and contract claims, and he has represented international and domestic insurance carriers in claims handling and insurance coverage issues.
Throughout his career, Yosef has been responsible for all aspects and phases of litigation, from initial case analysis through discovery, mediation, law and motion, witness preparation, hearings, and trial.
