Prior to joining Kutak Rock, Yosef worked at a full-service law firm in Southern California where he successfully defended both private and public entities in high exposure litigation against a variety of employment, tort, and contract claims. Yosef also previously worked at the United States Attorney’s Office, Civil Division for the Central District of California, and at a national firm representing international and domestic insurance carriers in claims handling and insurance coverage issues. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for all aspects and phases of litigation, from initial case analysis, through discovery, mediation, law and motion, witness preparation, hearings, and trial.
Yosef graduated from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where he served as Content Editor for the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. During law school, Yosef served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Victoria S. Kaufman of the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California. Additionally, Yosef was awarded the First Place Brief Writer award and an honorable mention as an Oralist in his school’s intramural moot court competition. Yosef also earned a CALI Award for the highest grade in his Torts course.
