Karl's practice focuses on commercial bankruptcy and commercial litigation relating to, among other things, securities, fraud, corporate fiduciary liability and contractual disputes. His experience includes assisting in the representation of a financial guarantor in a multibillion-dollar breach of contract and fraud case against a major mortgage lender. During law school Karl participated in the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s Summer Honors Law Program working in the Division of Enforcement and the Office of International Affairs. He also interned with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s Department of Enforcement.
