Sevawn is an associate in the firm's Little Rock office.

Sevawn focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation. She assists private and nonprofit clients with ERISA and tax-related issues in the administration, compliance and design of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.

Much of Sevawn’s practice is spent aiding clients in the creation and ongoing administration of compensation arrangements, including deferred compensation, equity compensation plans, phantom equity plans, incentive compensation, employment agreements, severance agreements, and change-in-control arrangements. She regularly advises clients regarding tax planning with respect to compliance with Internal Revenue Code Section 409A and the tax rules relating to deferred compensation.

Sevawn also drafts, restates and amends qualified retirement plans, including 401(k), defined benefit plans, and ESOPs; drafts and reviews ERISA-required disclosures; reviews arrangements between plan sponsors and service providers; and oversees the correction of plan errors using Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor programs.
