Anna is a member of the firm’s commercial trial practice group. With a focus on general and complex commercial litigation, she has represented institutional and individual clients in matters involving contract disputes, fiduciary duties, fraud, trade secrets, legal malpractice, RICO violations, and antitrust cases, among others. Anna’s experience covers every dispute resolution process, from formal federal, state, and tribal court actions to truncated arbitration proceedings and mediations.
Additionally, Anna has extensive experience representing clients in real estate disputes. Businesses, national banks, loan servicers and title insurance companies depend on Anna for her firm grasp of real estate law. She is their go-to lawyer when facing litigation.
Anna has a solid history of successful outcomes, having disposed of hundreds of matters from inception and obtaining dismissals and judgments in her clients’ favor and thus avoiding the need for further litigation.
Earlier in her career, Anna served as counsel and assistant vice president for the largest national title insurance company where she managed litigation in state and federal courts across the country involving title, escrow, and related real estate issues.
