Daniel Carmeli


Dan litigates disputes focusing primarily on environment and energy, finance and securities, construction and intellectual property. He represents clients in diverse industries such as oil and gas, finance, technology, healthcare and manufacturing.

Dan strategically manages cases across the country, often involving multiple simultaneous litigations and ongoing government investigations. He has brought multiple cases to trial and obtained favorable outcomes in federal court, state court, administrative tribunals and arbitrations.
