Ryan represents employers in all stages of employment litigation.

Ryan defends employers against discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge claims under state and federal law. He also advises clients on day-to-day issues such as employee discipline, pregnancy accommodation issues, and application of the ADA and FMLA and drafts employment agreements, restrictive covenants and confidentiality or nondisclosure agreements, severance agreements and employee handbooks.
