News | June 27, 2018

Sandra Hagen Solin, Senior Director of Government Relations, was recently featured in the Colorado Politics article “Q&A with Sandra Hagen Solin: A Capitol Insider Talks Transportation, #MeToo.” The article refers to Ms. Solin as one who is at the top of her profession.

Recently, Ms. Solin brought Capitol Solutions, her 25-year-old government relations firm she founded and owns, to Kutak Rock to help build its government relations practice. Solin said, “I have the same clients, same approach, but a new, larger platform in which to represent new and existing clients at the local, state and federal level.”

The question and answer article discusses Colorado’s gubernatorial candidates, Colorado’s transportation funding debate, the profession of lobbying and how things have changed over the last 20 years, and the importance of “raising the level of consciousness about how we interact with one another” in light of #MeToo-related developments.
