Litigation Associate

Kutak Rock’s Omaha office is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-3 years litigation experience. This position will be within the Litigation Department’s Financial Services Group and will involve working on a wide range of litigation and regulatory matters throughout the country, including:

  • Securities litigation
  • Banking Litigation
  • Shareholder disputes
  • White collar disputes
  • General commercial litigation
  • Regulatory matters with the SEC, FINRA, DOJ, and various state regulatory departments.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Excellent research, writing, and communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The desire to take on substantive roles in cases, including attendance at hearings, depositions and trial
