Kutak Rock’s Omaha office is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-3 years litigation experience. This position will be within the Litigation Department’s Commercial Trial Practice Group and will involve working on a wide range of litigation throughout the country, including:
- General commercial, contract and business related litigation
- Product liability and other tort Litigation
- Construction litigation
- Energy and environmental litigation
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing, and communications skills
- Strong analytical skills
- The desire to take on substantive roles in cases, including attendance at hearings, depositions and trial
