ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for pursuing collection of unpaid client bills and assisting with daily cash applications.

PLEASE NOTE: While the majority of the current work for this position will be from a remote at home environment, this is only temporary due to current conditions.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collection of unpaid client bills
  • Assist with application of daily cash receipts
  • Assist with research of unapplied cash receipts
  • Assist with research of partial payments
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree with two years of work related experience or five or more years of work related experience

Experience

  • Two or more years of law firm accounts receivable experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, attorneys, and staff
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
