ERISA/Employee Benefits Attorney

Kutak Rock LLP’s Minneapolis office is seeking to hire a highly motivated attorney to join our Employee Benefits Team.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in ERISA and employee benefits counseling. Focusing on issues related to defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and data privacy for multiemployer, private and public organizations. The successful candidate will work with both plan sponsors and plan service providers to help them with designing, administering and maintaining employee benefit plans in compliance with existing legal requirements as well as legal developments.

Qualified candidates will be motivated self‑starters with excellent academic credentials, superb judgement, strong analytical and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and client service, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently.
