An attorney with 5 - 15 years of experience with a strong background in healthcare is desired in our Kutak Rock’s healthcare practice group to serve as an Associate or Of Counsel attorney with the firm (depending on years of experience). This person should have experience with healthcare regulatory issues in a law firm or corporate legal department. The firm has a national healthcare practice and offers opportunities to work with other offices and gain knowledge and experience from other attorneys. There may also be cross practice opportunities. Resume, references and a writing sample should be submitted.
Candidates should also possess the following characteristics:
- 5-15 years of healthcare legal experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong communication and writing skills
- The drive to help shape and expand a growing practice
- The ability and confidence to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and desire to work in a diverse healthcare practice
