Kutak Rock LLP's Denver office is seeking a corporate attorney to provide support to our corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions practice. The attorney will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of transactions for emerging companies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and governance, and equity financings. The successful candidate will join Kutak Rock’s well-established Denver corporate working group, work closely with senior partners, and have the opportunity to assume significant deal responsibility.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- Up to five years' experience involving corporate transactions and financings;
- Additional experience in any of the following areas: securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, partnerships/LLCs, commercial transactions, taxation;
- Strong drafting and negotiating experience, teamwork skills, and the ability and desire to manage some components of deals independently;
- Top academic credentials; and
- Admitted in Colorado

Starting salary for this position will range from $165,000 to $200,000. Attorneys are eligible to participate in Kutak Rock's bonus program, subject to the program’s conditions and restrictions.
