For more than three decades, Kutak Rock has been a leader in providing legal services to providers of long-term skilled nursing, assisted living with memory care units and to the continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs). With respect to State and Federal Survey issues, we provide comprehensive operational legal advice to facility administration, including preparation and submission of their Plans of Correction and, when necessary, file and pursue appeals taken from a survey deficiency or audit finding, or any adverse administrative action affecting the healthcare provider’s continued operational compliance.
