For over 40 years, Kutak Rock attorneys in the Washington, D.C. office have supported clients in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and around the country. We execute and finance significant transactions and defend and prosecute litigation. The office is organized into a Corporate and Government Services Department, Public Finance Department, and a Litigation Department. Key areas of focus include the representation of governmental entities on transactions and finance matters, public-private partnerships, corporate and securities law, privacy and data security, financial transactions and litigation. Debbie Sinclair Ruskin is the office managing partner.

In their personal time, attorneys and staff are involved in many community initiatives and nonprofit organizations, including the National Association of Women Lawyers, Lawyers Have Heart, and area chambers of commerce.
