Alyssa Willson will host a roundtable on June 10 at the 2025 Women’s Leadership Initiative Luncheon held by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Florida Summit. The ULI Florida Summit is an annual signature real estate event that connects real estate professionals across the United States. The Women’s Initiative Luncheon is an opportunity to network, share, and discuss insights and updates.

Founded in 1936, ULI now has over 40,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development in private enterprise and public service.

“I am honored to participate in the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative Luncheon,” said Alyssa. “I look forward to sharing ideas about the current landscape of Florida real estate with leaders in the field.”

Alyssa is a partner in Kutak Rock’s Tallahassee office, and counsels stewardship districts and community development districts and other special districts on a variety of matters including infrastructure financing, real property, land development and local government law. She has taken part in other organizations focused on women in law. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Chapter of Women in Public Finance.
