Kutak Rock served as counsel to the Underwriters and Dealer Manager in connection with the issuance of the $210,350,000 Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma General Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Tax-Exempt Series 2024A and $20,110,000  Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma General Revenue Bonds, Federally Taxable Series 2024B.  The proceeds of the Series 2024 Bonds will be used to (i) construct and equip new student housing facilities at the University, (ii) finance athletic facilities improvements and/or construct and equip new athletic facilities at the University, (iii) purchase, pay, discharge and cancel certain tendered bonds, and (iv) pay the costs of issuing the Series 2024 Bonds.
