Kutak Rock Serves as Counsel to Underwriters of Bonds Relating to Radford Court and Nordheim Court in Seattle

Kutak Rock served as Counsel to the Underwriters and Special Washington Counsel to the Borrower in connection with the issuance of $183,730,000 of the Washington State Housing Finance Commission’s Nonprofit Revenue Bonds (Radford Court and Nordheim Court Portfolio), Series 2024. Proceeds of the Bonds will be used to assist with (a) the acquisition by ground lease, renovation and equipping of (i) a 399-unit facility known as Radford Court, and (ii) a 146-unit facility known as Nordheim Court, (b) the funding of a debt service reserve fund, (c) the payment of capitalized interest with respect to the Bonds, (d) the payment of certain working capital expenditures with respect to the Project Facilities, and (e) the payment of costs of issuing the Bonds.

The Radford Court facility is located at 6301 65th Ave NE Seattle, Washington in an established neighborhood known as Winderm. The Nordheim Court facility is located on three acres at 5000 25th Ave NE Seattle, Washington, less than a 10-minute walk to the University’s Seattle campus.
