Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that Cyrus Torabi, an attorney with over 20 years of experience, has joined its national public finance practice group in the firm’s Irvine office as a Transition Partner.

Cyrus enhances the overall depth and bench experience of bond and underwriter counsel transaction capabilities regionally in California and nationwide. He has extensive experience navigating the complex world of water and wastewater financing, an area of expertise that Cyrus has used to benefit municipalities and utilities across California.

Throughout his career, he has led numerous high-profile transactions that involve facilitating complex public-private partnerships and navigating intricate refunding arrangements. Whether serving as bond counsel for the City of Salinas or assisting numerous water districts in meeting their financing needs through public or private offerings, Cyrus consistently delivers results to his clients.

He received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from the University of California, Davis. He is admitted to practice in California.
