On November 3, 2003, Kutak Rock LLP further expanded its national scope when it opened an office in Wichita, Kansas. Five attorneys with extensive experience in Labor and Employment Law joined the firm, and the office has doubled in size since.
The Wichita attorneys represent a broad clientele ranging from individuals and small businesses to large privately and publicly held corporations. With experience in health care, telecommunications, manufacturing, printing, radio and television, public utilities, municipalities, governmental entities, construction, trucking and sales, the group provides a vast range of employment law expertise. - Successfully representing a major public utility in a case before the National Labor Relations Board, as well as the federal courts, which validated the use of a lockout in response to a union's inside game strategies.
