In response to an expanding client base in the southeast, Kutak Rock LLP established its fourth office in August 1977 in Atlanta, Georgia. 
Today, the Atlanta office has over 20 lawyers supporting the firm's major practice areas: commercial litigation and public and corporate finance.
Kutak Rock’s strong commitment to technology provides portal and video conference links which enhance the national resources available to the Atlanta attorneys by providing quick and easy access to a wealth of attorneys and information from across the nation. As an example, we provide counsel to:
- Clients in a series of structured finance transactions totaling more than $200 million in tax-exempt bonds financing. It involves multifamily residential housing developers and projects located in 15 states.
- A national financial institution in connection with its purchase of more than $1 billion in tax-exempt bonds secured by multifamily and commercial projects.
- An insurer of several series of medium-term notes aggregating more than $7 billion of debt secured by collateral in virtually all 50 states.
- Clients in resolving a broad range of civil disputes, including securities, employment, insurance, debtor/creditor and real estate related disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
